Ron specializes in matters involving the sale and development of real estate, zoning and land use regulatory issues, criminal law, real property tax certiorari and commercial transactions, including commercial litigation. Ron's practice also includes general business and corporate matters, municipal law and finance, trust and estate planning, and litigation in various areas such as commercial disputes, foreclosures and real property disputes.

Matthew D. Norfolk, Partner

Matthew specializes in litigation and the representation of individuals and businesses in matters involving complex commercial disputes, contract negotiations, construction law, environmental regulatory issues, real property disputes and tort liability, including personal injury claims. He also regularly handles real estate transactions. Prior to relocating to Lake Placid, Matthew was employed as a litigation attorney at the Manhattan-based law firm.

Jenifer specializes in representing individuals, companies and banks in transactional matters which include preparation/review of residential closing documents, commercial loans for lenders and borrowers, UCC filings, uncontested matrimonial court documents, custody agreements, corporate and limited liability company formation documents, and residential and commercial leases. She also handles litigation relating to evictions and other types of collection actions.

Philip specializes in land use and zoning law for national corporations, in addition to practicing commercial litigation and education law.
